Done - 3.0 Basic markdown formatting in Notes (Highlight, underline, bold etc)

    I have implemented basic markdown formatting. Note that this is not full or official markdown syntax, but is based on it.

    The following syntax is supported:
    • italics = *italics*
    • bold = **bold**
    • bold italics = ***bold italics***
    • strikethrough = ~~strikethrough~~
    • underline = __underline__ (2x underscore characters)
    • underline italics = __*underline italics*__
    • underline bold = __**underline bold**__
    • underline bold italics = __***underline bold italics***__
    • red text = !!red text!!
    • highlighted text = ::highlighted text:: (cannot display in forums - see screenshots)
    • links = [text](url) or just a fully qualified url like http://www.equipd.me

    No problem , thanks for your hard work even after the original equipd was pulled from the store, I find all of your apps very useful and well thought out, thanks again :)

    It would be helpful if it was pointed out in the syntax list that 2 underline characters are necessary for the underline markdown. It's not apparent from viewing the screen.
