Done - 3.1 Ability to feature or highlight an Entire Verse

This is not referring to the user being able to randomly select text and underline or highlight. Rather it is referring to the ability to feature an entire verse with the background color of the attached note.

Building on the existing Notes feature-set this will allow the user to toggle on the Note "highlight" option which will in turn highlight the entire verse inline with the note color. It will also highlight the Note in the sidebar with the same note color.
