    Hi. I am trying to download audio bible files from Jw.org. It asks open in equipd? But when I tap it does not do anything. When I look in settings on equipd bible it says audio - no files. The bibles both old and new 2013 under audio says read only. Please help. The old equipd will read the chapter. Also on the new equipd I cannot see a play button on either bible. Thanks Keith.
    Ps. Sorry if Matt got this separately, I am new to this, so finding my way round.

    Hi Keith,

    You will not see a Play button until the audio files are installed.

    You need to be able to see the audio files against the Bible in settings.

    So the issue seems to be isolated to the statement "But when I tap it does not do anything". I assume you mean you downloaded the file in Safari? And when you click the downloaded file it simply does nothing at all? That is not an issue with the Equipd app, but with Safari. Until it actually does something, and switches to the Equipd Bible app to install the file, then you cannot get past go. And it is not the Equipd Bible app at fault here - it cannot do anything until Safari switches and hands the file over...
