Fixed - 3.0 Double-tap in Chapter Window to switch Bibles

    In the Chapter window you can swipe left/right to move chapters, and the can double-tap (or triple-tap in Settings) to switch Bibles.

    The switch Bibles gesture is not working on the iPad.
