iPad app to add Scripture URL to PDF

Is there an iPad app that allows me to add Equipd Generated Scripture URL to a PDF Document?

I have been able to add Scripture URL in the iPad notes program, but not to a PDF Document.

I have also tried opening a PDF book in GoodReader and PDF Expert, but both apps only allow me to add text.

I was thinking about upgrading to PDF Expert Pro, but I didn’t won’t to buy this app without first comfirming that it will allow me to add Equipd Generated Scripture URL to a PDF Document.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
