Not a Bug Quotes being converted to «» inside a Note

Logging this in case it comes up again.

This issue was reported in French and it was difficult to identify based on the initial explanations.

Basically the user was reporting that when adding a Note, the app kept converting quotes

In the end the user sent me a video which provided some useful clues:

Watching the video I realised that the conversion was happening 1) when using voice input, and 2) before the Note was even saved ... so it wasn't something my app was doing, it was an iOS issue.

Researching this topic the issue turned out to be an iOS keyboard setting > "Smart Punctuation". In French it happens to convert the quotes as reported.

Maybe this will help somebody else if they have a similar issue.
